At HealHer, our mission is to empower women through education, awareness, and access to reliable, up-to-date information about their health. We strive to present content that reflects the most current understanding in women’s health, physiology, and wellness practices.
Our Commitment to Accuracy
The fields of medicine, hormone science, and integrative health evolve quickly. New research, clinical experience, and public health data continually shape best practices. We make every effort to ensure the material shared through HealHer, whether in classes, workshops, or online content, is accurate, evidence-informed, and relevant at the time of publication.
However, we recognize that information can change as science advances. Our educational materials are regularly reviewed and updated, but we cannot guarantee that every resource will reflect the newest findings immediately.
Ongoing Education
As health professionals and educators, we are committed to lifelong learning. Our team participates in continuing education, peer collaboration, and professional review to bring you the highest quality information and practical tools available.
We also encourage every HealHer participant to stay curious, ask questions, and engage with multiple credible sources as part of her own ongoing education and self-advocacy.
Sharing Updated Information
We believe knowledge grows stronger when shared. If you come across new, reputable research or updated health information that you believe could enhance or clarify our content, we’d love to hear from you. Please reach out to us at riseuphealher@gmail.com to loop us into the latest information.
Your input helps us keep HealHer content current, collaborative, and community-driven.
Liability and Use of Information
All content shared through HealHer, including online courses, videos, events, and handouts, is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and not a substitute for individualized care from a qualified healthcare provider who knows your personal medical history.
HealHer, its founders, and contributors are not responsible for any decisions made or actions taken based on the information provided through our programs. Always consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your health, medication, or lifestyle routines.
Our Promise
We believe that informed women make empowered choices and that education is one of the most powerful tools for healing. HealHer will continue to evolve alongside the science, sharing knowledge with integrity, curiosity, and compassion.
