Refund Policy

At HealHer, we create educational content, digital tools, and live experiences designed to empower women with clear, actionable health information. Because our offerings include instant-access digital downloads, ticketed live events, and custom-printed merchandise, we are unable to offer refunds once a purchase is completed.

All Sales Are Final

 

All purchases, including digital classes, downloads, workbooks, event tickets, and merchandise, are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, access is granted or your order begins production, and we cannot issue refunds or exchanges.

Merchandise Orders

 

All HealHer merchandise is printed and fulfilled through a trusted third-party production partner. Each item is made to order, meaning it is created specifically for you once your purchase is placed.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.


If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at riseuphealher@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll coordinate a replacement or resolution directly with our print provider.

Technical Issues or Duplicate Charges

 

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your digital content or notice a duplicate charge, please contact us within 7 days at riseuphealher@gmail.com and we’ll review and correct any verified errors promptly.

Event Cancellations

 

If a HealHer-hosted event is canceled or rescheduled, all registered participants will be notified via email with options for transfer or credit toward a future event.
